The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details, including email address, postal address and phone number);
• Customer financial information;
• Website and social media stats.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• in order to contract and provide a service provided by Into Your Element;
• when you register online to join our email list or complete a quiz, survey or provide other feedback;
• joining and/or engaging with our social media channels;
• use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
• website and social media stats.
We use the information that you have given us in order to contract and provide our services, for marketing purposes and sharing relevant information with you about our services and/or products. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing charlie@intoyourelement.co.uk.
The data may be processed by others involved in related business activities (e.g. administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies).
We may share some of this information with the ICF and other coaching accreditation establishments for accreditation purposes and potentially relevant training organisations (you will be notified if this is the case).
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by any relevant application or by the owners of third-party services used by this application serves the purpose of providing the service required by the user, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through any relevant application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the data to the owner.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent, given for one or more specific purposes. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting charlie@intoyourelement.co.uk;
(b) We have a contractual obligation;
(c) We have a legal obligation;
(d) We need it to perform a public task;
(e) We have a legitimate interest.
We gather the data through you providing this to us, usually through an online form or third party site, including (but not limited to) ScoreApp, MailerLite, Calendly, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. We may also collect the data through written, including email, and spoken communication.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the owner and the user shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the owner.

The owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
